The Product File Management menu allows the general maintenance of Product data and pricing management using a number of different modules including Auto Special, Multi-Buys and Exception Pricings.
Product information including pricing details can be updated in bulk using the Bulk Edit Utility.
The main features of the Product File Management menu include;
1. Auto Specials
Lets you create promotions or specials with special pricing for a limited time period.
2. Bulk Edit Utility
Lets you simultaneously update multiple product items
3. Companion Sales
Lets you add or edit companion items to recommend in conjunction with the sale Product.
4. Corum Sub Department
Lets you link Corum Department and Sub Department to the user defined Department and Sub Department.
5. Custom Sub Department Pricing
Lets you substitute pricing of one Zone into a different Zone at Sub Department level.
6. Deal Pricing
Lets you set up a pricing regime different to that on a Stock Card by Zone.
7. Exception Pricing
Lets you change pricing on the LOTS Stock Cards by Zone or Store.
8. Multi-Buys
Lets you create special promotions of two or more products, compared to the price when bought separately.
9. Tagged Groups
Lets you create groups of products that can be used as a filter in reporting and Product management
10. Product Maintenance
Lets you merge and delete Product related data in order to maintain the database.
11. Pricing Notifications
Lets you view Auto Specials, Exceptions and Deals that are due to expire.
