The Product Exception Report enables you to identify particular products with possible issues by applying certain criteria or filters.
To generate product exception report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Product Exception Report.
The Product Exception Report screen is displayed.
2. Select the required filters.
3. Enter the Report on GP% less than value.
4. Select one of the report type from the Product Exception List.
Fields | Descriptions |
---|---|
No barcodes for the product | The report of all the Products with no barcode. |
No barcodes for any attached supplier entries | The report of all supplier entries with no barcodes. |
No PDEs for the product for all attached supplier entries | The report of all the Products with no PDEs at all. |
No PDE for the product for an attached supplier entry | The report of all the Products with no PDEs for the supplier. |
Low GP% | The report of all the Products with low gross profit percentage. |
RPM UPI Products only | The report of all the Products with RPM UPI products only. |
Pricing Supplier not attached to Product | The report of the all the Products with no pricing supplier attached to them. NOTE Not having a Pricing Supplier prevents LOTS pricing being controlled in RPM. |
Duplicate Supplier Barcodes | The report of all the products with same supplier barcode with different UPIs |
5. Select View Report to view the report.
The Product Exception report will be generated.
