The Diary Groups option enables you to set Multiple Store staff or RPM users in one group. This will allow you to send a message to everyone at once rather than individually.
To add or modify a diary group:
1. In the RPM menu, click Options and then click Diary.
The Diary Messages screen is displayed.
2. Select Diary Groups. The Diary Groups dialogue is displayed.
3. Select Add/Edit Diary Groups. The Edit dialogue is displayed.
4. Do one of the following:
- To add a new diary group, select New.
- To edit the group name, select the diary group, and then select Rename.
5. On the confirmation message, select Yes.
6. Enter the required information and select OK.
7. Select Exit to come out of the Edit screen.
The Dairy Group will be added under the Diary Groups dialogue.
NOTE
To delete the group name, go to the Edit dialogue. Select the diary group and then select Delete. On the confirmation message, select Yes.
