The Bulk Edit Utility menu in RPM lets you simultaneously update multiple items. This enables you to save time as you can update multiple products at once.
The Bulk Edit screen is divided into two sections:
- Products Section: The top section displays the Product information such as UPI number, Description, Department, Sub Department, and Barcodes. You can select all products or highlight a few, apply and reset the settings using this section. You can also use filters to find the products and make the necessary changes using this section.
- Settings Section : The bottom section displays two tabs, the Default Settings and the Product Details
- Default Settings enables you to modify the settings of the selected products simultaneously for the Default Zone, Single or Multiple Zones. It enables you to modify the Product settings such as pricing, rounding, Markup %, Department, Sub Department, manufacturer, etc.
- Product Details allows modification of Department, Sub Department, Manufacturer, etc. for all the products and for all zones.
