RPM application provides screen tips which will help you to improve the navigation and also execute the simple functions.
Important message
The Product specific module screens such as Products and Product File Management, will display important messages (in red text).
Screen Tip and Legend
- When the screen or field is active, a screen tip appears on the screen providing information to be entered or selected.
- When working with Defaults modules and sub modules, use Legend to view the implication of the fields.
You can access Legend by clicking 
in any of the menu under Defaults.
Active Rows
When you select or click any row and if it is highlighted (in yellow), then you can directly edit the value in that row.
