You can add notes to many types of data in Corum Clear Dispense, including scripts. These are stored in the local database. To watch a video on how to add notes and alerts scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Adding Script Notes
To add a script note:
1. Click the paperclip icon located at the right of the label preview.
The paperclip icon will be white if there are no notes yet, or blue if there are notes.
The Add Script Note screen is displayed. This screen operates like the Notes tab of the Script Details screen.
2. Click the + icon to insert a note, then type the details required.
3. Choose OK to return to the Dispense screen.
Modifying Script Notes
To modify an existing script note:
1. Click the paperclip icon located at the right of the label preview. The paperclip icon will be blue to indicate that the script has a previous note attached to it.
The Add Script Note screen is displayed with all the notes associated with the script.
2. In the Script Alert section click on the note that you want to make changes to.
3. Choose OK to save the changes and return to the Dispense screen.
NOTE
Notes can be added to patients, prescribers, drugs, and dispensers as well by clicking the paperclip icons next to each field.
