When ePrescribing is enabled, an ePrescription status indicator is shown in Patient History and the Script Organiser. The indicators have the following meanings:

| (blank) | A paper script or paper‑based eScript. |
| (grey “e”) | A paperless ePrescription where some of the associated messages are yet to be confirmed as received by the Prescription Delivery Service (PDS). |
| (green “e”) | A paperless ePrescription where all of the associated messages have been confirmed as received by the PDS. |
