Corum Clear Dispense makes it easy for you to produce clear and logical reports. This section details all the reports available in CCD and shows you how to generate and modify them. Reports are categorised accordingly:
- Script
- Patient
- Prescriber
- Drug
- Staff
- Medical Institution
- Claim
Generating Reports
All reports for CCD are listed under the Reports menu on the Dispensing screen.
To generate a report,
1. From the Reports menu, select the report that you want to generate.
2. The report Criteria pane will be displayed.
3. Choose and specify the criteria that you want for the report.
4. Click Preview to generate and view the report in Dispense.
5. Then select Export if you want to download the report to your computer or select Print if you want to print the report.
6. To reset the report criteria select Reset,

Depending on the type of report that you selected, the report filter criteria will change.
TIP
To send the data to a text file for use in other programs, choose Export at the report criteria screen. The file is written to the Data Export folder defined in Module Setup.
