To add outside PRF details,
1. Open the patient details screen and select the PRF tab. The patient details screen can be opened by any of the methods listed below:
a. On the main dispense screen select the patient and then choose the paper clip icon.
b. From the Patient menu selecting the Edit option.
c. From the Patient menu select Patient Organiser and searching for the patient you want.
2. In the Outside Scripts field enter the number of prescriptions that the patient has fulfilled from other pharmacies.
3. Click the Concessional Value field.
The concessional values are automatically calculated and shown,
4. Click Save.
