The guild/government surcharge value is an additional charge that is applied to scripts.
To set a value,
1. From the main menu, choose Pharmacy → Pharmacy Settings, then select the PBS Pricing tab.
2. In the Guild/Government Surcharge field enter the surcharge value that you want to include in the script price.
Surcharges are always set as dollar values.
3. If you want the surcharge to be applied to scripts automatically tick the Apply the Guild/Government Surcharge automatically checkbox.
If this check box is unticked, the Guild/Government surcharge is omitted from the initial price calculated, but you can manually increase the price by an amount not exceeding that surcharge without the script becoming private.
4. Choose OK.
