The Script Certification Log report summarises the script numbers of items dispensed by each pharmacist. It provides a place for the pharmacist to sign to acknowledge responsibility for them (this is a requirement in some states).
There are signature areas for each day for reports that cover more than one day. Unbroken sequences of script numbers are shown as ranges (e.g. 129300 to 129465).
