The Labels tab is used to specify the type of labels that are to be used for the Medical Institution, if it requires a specific format. If specific labels are to be used this tab is used to select the type of label that will be applied to the medical institution.
Label Options
The type of label that the medical institution prefers is specified here.
The two options are:
- Select the Use normal pharmacy labels option if the medical institution accepts the default labels set up for your pharmacy.
Selecting this option disables all other fields on the screen.
- Select the Use the labels selected below option if the medical institution requires a specific label printed out for their script.
When you select this option, the Full Cost Information Scripts and Other Scripts options are enabled.
Full Cost Information Scripts
This drop-down list is only enabled if you selected the Use the labels selected below option on the Labels tab.
Use the drop down list to select the type of label you want. A preview of the selected label is displayed below the drop down list. Select the TestPrint option to print a test label.
Other Scripts
This drop down is used to choose the type of labels that are required to printed for other types of scripts, when dispensing to a medical institution.
Use the drop down and choose the label type that is required to be printed. A preview of the selected label is displayed below the drop down list. Select the Test Print option to print a test label.
