The Item Type menu will default to what has been previously set for the patient. The list of items available in this menu varies depending on the selected patient. It could be any one of the below options:
- Private Script
- PBS Private Script
- PBS Script
- RPBS Script
- S3 Recordable Supply
- Continued Dispensing
- Other Recordable Supply

NOTE
- Pressing the key corresponding to the first letter in an option without dropping down the list, will select the indicated option, if available.
- When more than one available option starts with the same letter, pressing the same key repeatedly will cycle around those options.
- Pressing Alt+Down displays the drop-down list.
- Pressing Esc when the list is dropped down closes the drop down but does not advance to the next tab stop.
- Pressing Enter when the list is dropped down confirms the current selection and advances to the next main tab stop.
