You can open the Staff Details screen directly from the Dispensing screen, using the Staff menu option or by using the Staff Organiser.
1. To add a new staff member do one of the following:
a. From the Dispensing screen, select the Dispenser field choose the search icon, then select Add New from the search.
b. Select the Staff menu option and choose Add New.
c. In the Staff Organiser, select Add.
The Staff Details screen is displayed.
2. In the Identity tab enter details related to the staff member’s identity. These include personal identification information, Health Practitioner #, and their Roles.
3. Use the Notes tab to enter notes related to the patient. These note will be displayed on the Alerts panel on the left of the Dispense screen.
