To delete (cancel) a script:
1. From the Patient drop-down list, select the patient.
2. In patient history, select the script.
3. Choose Actions → Delete (Cancel).
4. At the confirmation screen, choose Yes.
The script is flagged as deleted .
Deleted scripts can be hidden, or shown in pale, strikethrough (crossed-out) text in patient history. For more information see Reg 24 and Private Scripts.
