Paperless ePrescription tokens will often be presented to your pharmacy on mobile devices rather than in a format which directly suits typical “basket queuing” processes. To help you manage this, Corum Clear Dispense 8.1.1 supports script queuing including an optional Front Counter program for use at the Scripts In/Scripts Out counter.
You can use the Script Queue with all scripts including paper scripts. It is accessible on all your Dispensing and Front Counter computers, and is automatically prioritised based on when customers are expecting their scripts.
Script Queuing and ePrescribing are complementary, but you can use either one without the other.
