If you need to provide information about a paperless ePrescription to a regulatory body, there is a new document specifically for this purpose. It shows all the information about a paperless ePrescription, its annotations, when it has been retrieved, and the associated dispensing record.
To print information on a paperless ePrescription for a regulatory body:
1. Select the script in the Script Organiser.
This document is rarely used so it is only available from one location in the system to avoid confusion during normal dispensing.
2. Select the More button, then choose Print Regulatory Rx File from the drop‑down menu displayed.
The document is printed to the Notes printer.
