To clear all the medication type overrides for a specific patient:
1. Ensure the patient is selected in the Patient lookup at the top of the screen.
2. Right click on an item in either the top (summary) or bottom (detail) table.
3. From the pop up menu, choose Clear All Patient Medication Type Overrides.
A confirmation screen is displayed.
4. Choose Yes.
