Use the Patient List reports to list patients that have had scripts dispensed within a specified period. You can optionally restrict these reports further, by name range or medical institution.
- The Patient List Brief report uses one line per patient, showing name, address, entitlement and Medicare numbers.
Highlighted patients have their details shown in semibold text, with a yellow “highlighter” background.
- The Patient List Full Details report shows additional details including phone numbers, PRF details, and any memos or notes. The number of lines per patient varies depending on the detail available.

To view or print a list of patients:
1. From the main menu, choose Reports → Patient Reports.
You can also use All Reports.
The Reports screen is displayed.
2. In the list of patient reports, choose either Patient List Brief or Patient List Full Details.
3. Set the report criteria:
a. Under Script Dates, use From and To to set the date range to report on.
b. To restrict the report to patients in a specific surname range, Patients, use From and To to specify the optional surname starting and ending points.
c. To restrict the report to scripts dispensed to patients in specific medical institutions, click the + on the Medical Institutions header, then select the required records.

4. Choose Preview or Print.
