Use the Drug Organiser to:
- Browse the drugs in your Clear Dispense system.
- Perform drug actions such as adding, editing, deactivating, and highlighting.
Note
These actions can also be performed from the Dispensing screen. However, if you are focusing on drug maintenance rather than dispensing, it is more efficient to use the Organiser.
- Set up special private drug pricing.
- Manage saved drug selections.
Opening the Drug Organiser
To open the Drug Organiser, from the menu bar, choose Drug → Drug Organiser.
Updating Several Drugs Directly at the Drug Organiser
To make any of these changes to several drugs at once:
1. From the Drug Organiser, use the search row to display the drugs you want to change.
2. Tick the drugs to be changed.
3. Do one of the following to display the Actions pop‑up menu:
- Right‑click on one of the drugs
- Press F2
- Click the Actions button.
4. From the pop‑up menu, select Ticked Item(s), then choose the action you want to perform.

Qty is the standard or PBS maximum quantity.
Rpt is the PBS maximum number of repeats.
Rstr is a summary of the drug schedule and other restrictions.
