If too many failed attempts to log a particular staff member in are made within a short period of time, the staff member’s account is temporarily locked. It will be unlocked automatically after 15 minutes, but you can also unlock it immediately.
To unlock a staff member account:
1. From the main menu, choose Staff → Staff Organiser.
The Staff Organiser is displayed.
2. In the record list, use the search row or browse to select the staff member,
3. In the Details panel on the right, choose Unlock Password.
The account is unlocked immediately. You do not need to save the pharmacist details as well.

By default, up to 5 login attempts are allowed.
