NOTE
If ePrescribing or Password Authentication is already enabled, you must have security and user administration permission to be able to assign roles to staff. You may be asked to Log In to confirm this.
To set roles for your pharmacy staff:
1. From the main menu, choose Staff → Staff Organiser.
The Staff Organiser is displayed.
2. In the record list, use the search row or browse to select the staff member,
3. In the Details panel on the right, tick the role or roles that apply to the selected staff member.
4. Choose Save.
NOTE
You must set up at least one Administrator before enabling ePrescribing. It is strongly recommended that you set roles for all your normal pharmacy staff at the same time.
You do not need to set passwords for each staff member at this stage. They will be able to set their own passwords the first time they log in after ePrescribing or Password Authentication is enabled.
