To modify the existing roles:
1. From the main menu choose Pharmacy → Utilities → Staff Role Maintenance.
The Staff Role Maintenance screen is displayed.
2. In the list on the left side of the screen, select the role you wish to modify.
The permissions for that role are displayed on the right side of the screen.
3. On the right side of the screen, make the changes you require. You can:
- Change the Role Name.
- Change the Description.
- Tick and untick the individual permissions the role has.
4. When you have finished updating the role, choose Save.
If you do not wish to save your changes, choose Cancel.
5. Make any other changes to roles you require. When you have finished, choose Close to return to the main screen.
