The Historical Stock Usage report lists the pack counts and values of drugs dispensed in the last three complete months plus the most recent complete month from the previous calendar year.
For example;
If you print a Historical Stock Usage report in the middle of December 2020, it will show figures for November 2020, October 2020, September 2020, and November 2019.
To view or print a report on historical stock usage:
1. From the main menu, choose Reports > Drug Reports.
You can also use All Reports.
The Reports screen is displayed.
2. In the list of drug reports, choose Historical Stock Usage.
3. Set the report criteria:
a. To restrict the report to drugs from specific manufacturers, click the + on the Manufacturers header, then select the required records.
b. To restrict the report to scripts dispensed to patients in specific medical institutions, click the + on the Medical Institutions header, then select the required records.
c. To restrict the report to scripts drugs, click the + on the Drugs header, then select the required records.
d. Under Bulk Ethicals, select how you would like the drugs’ bulk ethical status to be checked. You can choose from Don’t Care, Yes (Only), and No (Exclude).
The default is Don’t Care.
4. Choose Preview or Print.
