You can reissue electronic tokens that were generated at your pharmacy if necessary, for example if a patient needs to access a token on a different device to where it was originally sent, or if they have accidentally deleted a token.
To reissue an electronic token:
1. Select the script in Patient History or the Script Organiser.
2. Do one of the following:
- Right‑click on the script, then choose Reissue Electronic Token from the context menu displayed.
- Press F2 to display the context menu, then choose Reissue Electronic Token.
The Next eScript Delivery screen is displayed.
3. At the Next eScript Delivery screen, do one of the following:
- To send the token to the highlighted address, press Enter or choose OK.
- To send the token to a different listed address, use Up and Down to select the required address, then press Enter or choose OK.
- To send the token to a different address, type the address – an email address or a mobile phone number – then press Enter or choose OK.
If you would like a printed copy of the electronic token, tick the Print next token too checkbox.
If you only want a printed copy, you can print this from the Dispensed screen as you would any other script document. Click Printing Tokens for details.
NOTE
If a patient wants a token sent to more than one address, you need to send it to each address in turn.
