All reports related to scripts can generated using the Script menu option or by selecting the Script Reports tab. The reports that you can generate are:
- Script Certification Log
- Script List
- Delivery Tax Invoice
- Trading Totals
- Owing Scripts by Patient
- Owing Scripts by Prescriber
- Owing Scripts by Prescriber then Date
- Owing Scripts by Medical Institution
- eScript Statistics Summary
- Stock Usage Summary
- Dangerous Drugs
- S3 Recordables
- Workload and Scanning Compliance
- eScript Discrepancies Report
- Drugs with Special Pricing Report
- Scripts with Memos Report
Opening Script Reports
To view or print a script report:
1. Do one of the following,
- choose Reports → Script Reports.
You can also use All Reports.
- Choose Script → Script Reports.
The Reports screen is displayed.
2. In the list of script reports, choose the script report type that you want to generate.
3. Set the report criteria using the fields that are displayed.
The report criteria fields will change according to the script report that you choose.
4. Choose Preview or Print.
