The identity tab is used to enter identity details of pharmacists and set their roles.
Initials
The staff Initials uniquely identifies the pharmacist or technician within your dispensing system. It is shown in pharmacist lists, and on various screens and reports throughout Corum Clear Dispense.
The initials are shown:
- In a patient’s Patient History.
- In the Patient Organiser
Identity details
The identity details for a staff member are common fields across Corum Clear Dispense. Click Common Identity Fields for more information.
Health Practitioner #
Enter the pharmacist’s registration number provided by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. This number is required if pharmacists need to access the Healthcare Identifier service and My Health Record.
The Health Practitioner # consists of 13 characters, in the following format,
- It must begin with the characters PHA. Corum Clear Dispense restricts you from entering other letters.
- Followed by 11 numbers.
Roles
Used to specify the role(s) of the staff member. A staff member can have multiple roles assigned to an individual.
The activities that an individual can carry out in Corum Clear Dispense depend on the roles that they are assigned.
