To delete an existing role:
1. From the main menu choose Pharmacy → Utilities → Staff Role Maintenance.
The Staff Role Maintenance screen is displayed.
2. In the list on the left side of the screen, select the role you wish to modify.
The permissions for that role are displayed on the right side of the screen.
3. On the left side of the screen, choose Delete.
4. Make any other changes to roles you require.
When you have finished, choose Close to return to the main screen.
Note:
You cannot delete Roles that are in use (assigned to staff members).
