When Corum Clear Dispense is installed, the only password settings that are preset are:
- A maximum of 5 password entry attempts in succession before a staff member account is temporarily locked.
- An “inactivity timeout” of 10 minutes, i.e. if you are logged in but have not used the system for 10 minutes, you will need to log in again for the next function you use.
To check or change these and other password settings:
1. From the main menu, choose Pharmacy → Pharmacy Settings.
The Settings screen is displayed.
2. Select the Passwords tab.
If this tab is not visible, use the < and > buttons at the right of the tab bar to scroll the tabs horizontally.
3. Make any changes required.
4. Choose OK to save your settings and return to the main screen.
